What
style of yoga does Molly’s Yoga Corner teach?

teach a hatha style yoga based on the
principles of Vanda Scaravelli.
This method teaches 3 principles, the ground, the breath and the
spine.

Do
you have to be flexible to practice yoga?
- Absolutely
not…flexibility comes with the practice. The body gradually opens
and releases when it is ready. Allowing the breath to help release
the tension, spending time in the pose, and completely “undoing”
the mind and body, the body will naturally become flexible.
-
-
In
order to practice yoga do you have to be fit?
- No,
the beauty of yoga is anyone young or old, athletic or not, big or
small can practice yoga. Yoga is a personal practice and the
individual moves at their own pace without pushing the body.

How
many classes should I take?
- Most
students find 1 class a week is enough. With all our lives so busy
now days taking 1 class a week is very beneficial.
-
- Should
I practice at home?
- Yes,
even if it’s only for 5 minutes. Taking time out for yourself
is always a good thing. Even if you only have time to lay
on the floor and relax for 5 minutes is still better than nothing.
As you develop your yoga practice, you will find that the body wants
to practice. Molly’s Yoga Corner offers workbooks to develop your
home practice.

I miss a class can I make it up?
- Yes,

you can roll the missed class over to the next session. However, we
do only allow 1 roll over class to the next session.

I pay by class or session?
- It is
recommended to pay by the session. You will be more apt to attend
the classes when you have paid in advanced.
