Yoga is a journey to a place

yoga, we integrate a way of life that leads to symmetry and balance. Our
physical, spiritual and emotional selves come together in a way that allows
us to discover our place in the world and our place with each other. Each of
us has our own intrinsic peacefulness and sense of power. The practice of
yoga helps us to reduce the levels of disturbances in our lives and
recapture that sense of peacefulness and serenity-that feeling of oneness of
