Prenatal Yoga is a wonderful way to
maintain your health and well being during this time of transition.
Learn poses that will enhance the changing body along with poses that will be
taught with an emphasis on mindfulness for increasing breath and body
awareness. By practicing yoga, the expectant mother invites harmony into
her body as well as baby. Prenatal yoga will also help increase your
energy and vitality, learn how to relax and breathe more fully and prepare
mind and body for childbirth. This class will also dedicate time to
discuss and share thoughts, concerns, and questions with the other expectant
Moms.
