"After the birth of my second child I started "Mommy and Me" yoga with Molly at the Perinton Rec. Center. I didn't realize was just how much more I would get out of practicing yoga. I would leave the yoga session feeling revived, more centered. I felt like I was walking on air. 

Each week I find a 90 minute retreat where I learn so many things about yoga, my body and myself. It's the calming breathing technique that helped me relax during the sleepless night in the hospital after my one year olds operation. It's the rejuvenating waterfall pose that helps me get more energy when my two preschoolers seem to be on the go non-stop.

Molly's studio provides a relaxing ,non-competitive, be-yourself atmosphere that you look forward to each week. I can not imagine my life now without yoga or without my mini retreat with Molly."

"I wanted to express to you my thanks for bringing yoga into my life and to tell you how much it has helped me.  About a year ago, I developed GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder) and in doing so, realized that my life had to change.  I started with conventional medication to help stabilize the attacks but knew, longer term I needed to find a natural approach to not only deal with my condition but overcome it. I found it in yoga.  I have learned so much by taking your classes, but the two principles that stand out is truly learning to relax and as strange as this might sound, learning to breathe correctly, which is key for combating anxiety.  I have also reached out to other members on your team for massage therapy and now exploring reflexology.

 "I was born with several spinal problems and lived with pain on a minute by minute basis until I joined Molly's Yoga Corner.

For years I did several rounds of physical therapy and medications. Nothing worked long term. Wanting to put off surgery as long as possible, I tried a class with Molly. One month later I could see huge changes. The most noticeable changes were the medication and pain were gone. My doctors were amazed. I can lie on my stomach, something I have never in my life been able to do. I can ride in the car for extended periods of time. sleeping is easier, when I do have a bad day, I bounce back quicker because I have yoga poses that help relieve the pain.

Over the past 5 years yoga has taught me to listen to my body and not fight with it. Relaxation, flexibility and a quiet mind have been my rewards. At Molly's I am able to have one on one help. Many people have different needs and Molly goes out of her way to know her students. she helps adjust practices to what works for you so you can get the most out of it.
